I’m not really sure how accurate this is by CNN. It is somewhat relieving if the Game Pad truly costs $79 instead of $100+ as most have been assuming. Maybe Nintendo does have some wiggle room on the console’s price after all.
If accurate I think most of this information applies to the 8GB basic set. Perhaps the Deluxe Set is sold at a small profit.
