Black Ops 2 DLC accidentally teased for Wii U

Black-Ops-2-wii-u

Activision sent out an update for the Wii U version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 tonight. It didn’t really seem to change anything and I haven’t experienced any issues personally.

One issue the update has created is that some users are seeing listings in the menu of the game advertising the Revolution DLC map pack. Activision is currently denying that this is confirmation of the DLC hitting the Wii U and says it is an error with the update.

Its a pretty nasty error if you ask me. A gigantic tease and I’m surprised it was even sent out with this update. Hopefully the Wii U receives all Black Ops 2 DLC at some point but with only 3,000 + people playing the game online everyday I can’t see how it would be profitable for Activision.

Not to sound mean or blunt, but money is money. If they did release the dlc for the Wii U, they would still make some money. Some money is better than no money.

They dont care about the WiiU, never have and never will. They will NEVER give DLC for Nintendo consoles…. I wouldn’t be surprised is they drop WiiU on next game release…
