Now this could be fake (though it probably isn’t as this is Yoshida’s profile). I wouldn’t be surprised if this comment on Miiverse by Shuhei Yoshida, President of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios, is deleted very soon. The Sony prez has been surprisingly good spirited on Nintendo’s new social gaming network.
Shuhei Yoshida responded to a Miiverse user who posted an image of a PS3 with the $599 price next to it. Obviously this is a reference to the disaster that was the PS3′s price tag reveal in 2006.
But Yoshida shows that he has a great sense of humility and a good sense of humor as he responded to this Miiverse user’s post by simply saying “LOL”.
I’m shocked he’d even respond to this at all. Shows that he can have some good-spirited fun at his companies expense and that he doesn’t take things too seriously.
