This would be good news for the small population that use Xbox 360′s often but without XBL Gold.
New changes in how Netflix’s API program may effect whether the movie-streaming giant will be one of the services enabled by purchasing an Xbox Live Gold membership.
The new changes wouldn’t allow third party companies to:
charge, directly or indirectly, any fee (including any unique, specific, or premium charges) for access to the Content or your integration of the APIs in your Application, or use the APIs to build an enterprise application (e.g., that you distribute to other companies);
This isn’t 100% confirmation that Netflix will become available for Xbox Live Silver members but it does sound like we’re heading in that direction.
